Refund & Return Policy

Thank you for shopping at TECHNORAFT.
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund under the terms below.


Eligibility for Returns

  • You can request a return within 7–14 days from the date of delivery (set your exact number, e.g. 10 or 14 days).

  • Item must be:

    • In original condition, unused and undamaged.

    • In original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and tags included (chargers, cables, earphones, warranty cards, etc.).

  • A valid proof of purchase (order ID, invoice, or receipt) is required.


Non‑Returnable Items

  • Opened software, digital downloads, activation codes, and subscriptions.

  • Products with removed or tampered serial numbers or IMEI stickers.

  • Items damaged due to misuse, unauthorized repair, or physical damage not reported on delivery.

  • Clearance / final sale items, unless they arrive defective or damaged on delivery (optional, you can allow returns if you want).


Return Process

  1. Contact our support team at info@technoraftshop.com with your order ID, product name, and reason for return.

  2. Our team will confirm eligibility and share return instructions and address.

  3. Pack the product securely in its original packaging with all accessories and proof of purchase inside.

  4. Ship the product back using a trackable courier service or follow the pickup instructions if we provide pickup in your area.


Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged on arrival, or manufacturing defect), TECHNORAFT will cover the return shipping.

  • If the return is due to change of mind, wrong order placed, or customer error, the customer is responsible for the return shipping charges.

  • Original shipping charges (if any) are generally non‑refundable.


Inspection & Approval

  • Once we receive your item, it will be inspected by our technical team.

  • We will notify you by email/WhatsApp whether your return is approved or rejected based on the condition and eligibility rules above.

  • If the product is found used, damaged, or missing accessories, a partial refund, repair fee, or rejection may apply.


Refund Options

If your return is approved, you can receive:

  • Refund to original payment method (card, UPI, etc.), or

  • Store credit / voucher usable on future purchases, or

  • Product exchange for the same or similar item (subject to stock availability).

Refunds are usually processed within 5–10 working days after approval, depending on your bank or payment provider.


Defective or Dead‑on‑Arrival Products

  • If you receive a defective or non‑working product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or video showing the issue.

  • In such cases, we may offer:

    • Replacement of the same item.

    • Repair under manufacturer or store warranty.

    • Refund if replacement is not available.

This is separate from the brand’s official warranty, which will follow the manufacturer’s terms.


Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund.

  • If the order has already been shipped, it will be treated as a normal return and shipping charges may apply.
