TECHNORAFT (“we”, “our”, “us”) ships orders across India through trusted courier partners. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms mentioned in this policy.
Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation, excluding Sundays and public holidays.
During sales, festivals, or special launches, processing time may be slightly longer due to high order volume.
Shipping charges, if applicable, are displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.
Standard delivery time is typically 3–7 business days from dispatch, depending on your PIN code and courier serviceability. These timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control (e.g., weather, strikes, logistics delays).
We may offer free shipping above a certain order value; any such offer will be clearly mentioned on the website and at checkout.
We currently ship to most major cities and towns across India. Serviceability to your PIN code will be shown at checkout.
We do not ship to PO boxes, army postal addresses, or locations restricted by our courier partners or by law.
Certain products (e.g., large appliances, high‑value electronics) may not be deliverable to remote locations due to logistics constraints. This will be communicated at the time of order, wherever possible.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email/SMS/WhatsApp with the courier name and tracking number.
You can track your shipment using the link provided or by entering the tracking number on the courier’s website. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active.
While we aim to deliver within the estimated timelines, delays can occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as courier delays, bad weather, operational issues, or festivals.
If your order is significantly delayed or shows “delivered” but you have not received it, contact our customer support within 48 hours of the status update, and we will coordinate with the courier partner.
If the outer package appears tampered or damaged, you are advised to refuse delivery and immediately inform our support team with photos and order details.
In case of damaged product, missing items, or wrong product received, notify us within 24–48 hours of delivery along with unboxing photos/videos and invoice copy so that we can investigate and assist with a replacement or resolution as per our return policy.

Order cancellation and modification requests are accepted only before the order is shipped. Once shipped, standard return processes will apply.
